Митинг портовиков. Продолжение
Как уже сообщалось, 29 марта на площади возле Дворца культуры им. Т.Г. Шевченко прошёл митинг, организованный альтернативной профсоюзной организацией Измаильского морского торгового порта «Защита и справедливость». Причиной проведения акции протеста стали очередные сокращения работающих на предприятии.
На митинге присутствовали до двухсот измаильчан. При этом высказать свою поддержку портовикам пришли ветераны предприятия и неравнодушные горожане. Не будем пересказывать происходившее на акции протеста — мы об этом уже писали. Хочется отметить удивительную слаженность действий присутствующих и, как сказали бы прежде, их «классовое самосознание». Думается, именно эти факторы сыграли решающую роль, когда участники митинга отправились к зданию Измаильского горсовета для отстаивания своего права быть услышанными местной властью. Нужно отметить, что при этом в толпе царили скорее пессимистические настроения — многие не верили, что удастся пообщаться с высшими должностными лицами города. Однако вопреки ожиданиям, к митингующим вышли как руководители горсовета, так и часть депутатов.
Андрей Абрамченко: «После обеда в пятницу мы достаточно плотно пообщались с организаторами митинга. Чтобы разговор был более предметным, я попросил их передать в мэрию списки увольняемых с контактными телефонами. Это необходимо для того, чтобы вникнуть в каждую конкретную ситуацию. Для выяснения того, соответствует ли процедура увольнения действующему законодательству, создана специальная комиссия во главе с моим заместителем Сергеем Баткилиным. Перед комиссией поставлена задача не оставить людей один на один с их проблемой. Работа будет вестись индивидуально с каждым увольняемым. Рассматриваются варианты трудоустройства высвобождаемых. Часть людей может быть трудоустроена на предприятиях »Дунайсудосервис« и «Дунайсудоремонт», где по нашей просьбе собственник готов трудоустроить до 100 человек. Работа эта будет проводиться совместно со специалистами Измаильского горрайонного центра занятости.
В минувшую субботу я побывал у председателя Одесской облгосадминистрации, где доложил о ситуации. Она находится на контроле у руководства области«.
«Андрей Вячеславович, — поинтересовались мы, — в некоторых интернет-ресурсах распространяется утверждение, что сразу после встречи с портовиками вы обратились в милицию, чтобы они приняли меры к организаторам митинга. Насколько это соответствует действительности?». «Это утверждение не имеет под собой никакой почвы. Руководство города не имеет к этому отношения" — парировал мэр.
Между тем, как стало известно «УТ», милиция действительно потребовала у организаторов митинга объяснения. Как нам сообщил председатель профсоюза «Защита и справедливость„ Сергей Стынка, у него и у других организаторов митинга работники милиции действительно потребовали письменных объяснений.
А вот как прокомментировал мотивы этой ситуации специалист по связям с общественностью и СМИ Измаильского горрайонного отдела милиции Дмитрий Иванов. По словам Дмитрия Михайловича, милиция лишь разбирается в законности действий митингующих. Дело в том, что в официальном обращении в адрес мэрии они заявили о проведении массовой акции возле ДК.
Однако после проведения митинга его участники по проезжей части проспекта Суворова направились к горсовету. При этом на некоторое время было парализовано движение по центральной городской магистрали, а милиция оказалась не готова обеспечить охрану общественного порядка и безопасность дорожного движения по пути следования «протестантов». Все материалы на сегодняшний день переданы в службу участковых инспекторов милиции, где идёт проверка того, не были ли нарушены требования действующего законодательства. Будут ли к потенциальным нарушителям применены санкции, определит суд.
